Are you interested in pastured raised meat? We are excited to announce that we now have beef, pork, chicken, eggs, and Thanksgiving turkeys available for local pickup in Pittstown or delivery to Hunterdon County.
Beef
Beef is available in 1/4, 1/2, and whole animals. If a 1/4 side of beef too much for you, we also have great deals on smaller 10, 20, and 30 pound beef bundles. Individual cuts including ground beef, steaks, roasts, soup bones available as well.
Pork
Pork is available in 1/2 and whole. Looking for smaller quantities of pork? We have individual cuts including ground pork, sausage, pork chops, and bacon.
Chicken
Chicken is available cut up into parts or whole. Chicken breast, chicken thighs, chicken tenders, and chicken wings are some of our best sellers. Don’t forget those thin sliced chicken cutlets that everyone loves as well!
Eggs
Eggs are also available by the dozen. They are delivered or ready for pickup within a day or two of laying.
Thanksgiving Turkeys
Turkeys are available the Monday before Thanksgiving. Delivery or pickup on farm. Reserve yours today
Animals are raised and finished on our new silvopasture orchard pastures right here in Pittstown NJ. Our cows and sheep will graze fresh pastures while our pigs will be forest raised under our apple and oak tree canopy.
Our cows and sheep enjoy green grass and dappled shade from our apple trees. Our silvopastures combine the benefits of grazing on pasture while giving our animals access to plenty of shade during our hot summers. We believe the combination of shade and sun will keep our animals happy and healthy.
Our forest raised pigs enjoy the same shade from the apple trees awhile also rooting around our oak trees waiting for the next acorn to drop. Adding apple and acorn drops to our pigs diets help to increase the flavor of the delicious pork that makes it to your plate.
